What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom jewelry?

Our MOQ for most gold-plated and silver-plated items is 50 pcs per design. For pearl jewelry and components, MOQ can be as low as 30 pcs. OEM/ODM orders typically require 100 pcs per SKU, but we can discuss flexible options for first-time clients.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we provide sample sets for qualified wholesale buyers. You only pay the shipping cost. Samples are available from our Yiwu showroom stock or can be made-to-order for custom designs.

How long does production and shipping take?

Standard production takes 15–20 working days after order confirmation and deposit. Shipment via express (DHL/FedEx) takes 3–5 days, air freight 7–10 days, and sea freight 20–30 days depending on destination port.

Can I mix different styles in one order to reach the MOQ?

Absolutely. We allow mixed SKUs within the same product line (e.g., any gold-plated earrings) to reach the total MOQ. This helps you test multiple designs with lower upfront commitment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for selected clients. For large OEM orders, a 30% deposit is required with 70% balance before shipment.

Yes, we offer direct dropshipping with blind packaging and no-brand invoices. We integrate with major e-commerce platforms and can set up a custom catalog for your store. Lead time for dropship orders is 3–7 business days for in-stock items.
